Dr. Johl Melbourne received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine located in Boston, Massachusetts in 2003. He later completed a general practice residency at the VA Hospital of the VA Hudson Valley in Montrose, New York. Prior to that, he completed his undergraduate BSc degree from McGill University in 1997. Dr. Melbourne returned to Toronto, Canada in 2005 where he began at a practice as an associate and later opened his own in 2010. Dr. Melbourne is a member of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA) and the American Dental Association (ADA). He has a keen interest in esthetic dentistry and periodontology. Dr. Melbourne’s premier goal is to see that patients reach their optimum oral health. In his spare time, Dr. Melbourne enjoys spending time with his family and participates in fitness and exercise regularly, as well as enjoying the outdoors. He also takes part in playing and watching soccer, basketball and tennis.
